Payment methods:

When placing the order, the customer can freely choose to pay for purchases made on sowoolly.net using different payment methods:

Payment by credit or debit card: payment is made through the secure payment gateway of Redsys or the bank. So Woolly does not at any time have access to the card details entered by the customer.

Other payment methods: depending on the customer’s address, you may be able to use other payment methods, such as payment through Bizum in Spain or other methods in other countries.

So Woolly does not receive or store the payment data provided by the client, they are only managed by the entities that provide the payment method.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Due to the type of digital product, which is downloaded immediately after purchase, returns are not accepted, therefore there will be no refunds.

Al formular el pedido, el cliente puede elegir libremente abonar las compras que realice en sowoolly.net mediante distintos métodos de pago:

Pago por tarjeta de crédito o débito: el pago se realiza a través de la pasarela segura de pagos de Redsys o de la entidad bancaria. So Woolly no tiene en ningún momento acceso a los datos de la tarjeta introducidos por el cliente.
Otros métodos de pago: dependiendo de la dirección del cliente, es posible que pueda utilizar otros métodos de pago, como pago mediante Bizum en España u otros métodos en otros países.

So Woolly no recibe ni almacena los datos de pago que facilita el cliente, son únicamente manejados por las entidades que proveen el método de pago.

Política de cancelación y reembolso:

Debido al tipo de producto digital, el cual se descarga inmediatamente tras la compra, no se admiten devoluciones, por tanto, no habrá reembolso.
