Share via: Facebook Twitter Email LinkedIn Copy Link More In today’s tutorial you’ll learn how to knit a Baby Diaper Cover; an easy knitting pattern, ideal for beginners. If you know your knits and purls, you can do it! It’s quick to knit (you need around 3 hours to finish it), and only few grams of yarn are needed. The pattern is available in two sizes: For babies from 0 to 3 months old, and babies from 3 to 6 months old. You can complete the set by adding the Baby Booties and the Hat with Bunny Ears (all knitted in Garter stitch). Materials For the small size (0-3 months): 40 gr. of cotton yarn (Medium, Number 4 or Worsted weight) using two strands held together. For the bigger size (3-6 months): 55 gr. (You can substitute using tow strands by knitting with one strand of bulky yarn, number 5 or chunky). 2 x 6,5 mm / 10.5 US size knitting needles. These are on my wish list this month! Love them 😉 #ad 4 buttons for each size.(For the smallest size I used 8 buttons, since they are very small). #ad Tapestry needle #ad Measuring tape or ruler #ad Gauge 14 st and 20 rows = 10 cm / 4 in.
